THINK OF YOUR BODY AS A ROAD MAP, WHERE EVERY PATH IS CONNECTED.

Unlike other therapies which manipulate bones or muscle tissues, Reflexology can provide much needed relief through working the body reflex that ails you on a part of the body that does not. There are many types of protocols to choose for:

Stimulation of the foot for health conditions in other parts of the body using specific hand and finger techniques

Stimulation of the hands for health conditions in other parts of the body.

Stimulation of the auricle of the external ear for health conditions in other parts of the body using specific hand and finger techniques.

A different approach since it integrates the principles of reflexology, cranial osteopathy, and cranio-sacral therapy.

Supports mother and babe through all trimesters with specialized protocols for common symptoms and complaints that often accompany pregnancy.

A specific set of protocols to help couples conceive due to fertility challenges such as endometriosis, low progesterone/ sperm motility/ morphology.

After reading all this… why not try a different type of complementary health therapy

How much does it cost and how long is a session?

Traditionally, each treatment is concentrated on one area of focus – either your feet, hands or ears, etc. – but not multiple areas. Treatments start at CAD $60 with a duration between 45-90 minutes based on the type of treatment, whether this is your first visit, and any accompanying assessment.

Does my insurance cover this service?

There are currently over 20 insurance companies, and growing, who may cover your reflexology therapies. Please check-in with your personal or Employer's insurance benefits to confirm if coverage is available. Should you require additional help in your request to include it, reach out to us as we can provide you with a letter of information on the service.

Is direct billing available?

It may be possible to do direct billing, however, it would depend on who your insurance provider is and if we can confirm your coverage information prior to providing Reflexology services.

If your insurance provider currently does not allow for direct billing for Reflexology services, then we can provide you with a signed receipt for you to self-submit. For more information, please contact your insurance provider directly.

Will I need to remove my clothes?

Reflexology therapies do NOT require that clothing be removed, but does allow for a more accurate therapy when the part of the body being worked on is exposed.

Hot Stones! Will they burn me and why would I want them?

No, the heated stones will not burn you. We take great care to warm them at optimal levels and will cool them down with barrier items like clean towels should you feel they are too warm for you.

Keep in mind, the healing properties are found in the combined weight and heat of the stone as it melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness, increases circulation and metabolism, provides pain relief for headaches and for those with Multiple Sclerosis.

Can I have my treatment at my home or office?

Short answer: No

Long answer: We will only accommodate clients with mobility challenges that would otherwise affect them from attending their session at our clinic. Currently our clinic is not located on the lower level of a building without an elevator, but Reflexology benefits everyone. Please reach out to inquire if we can make accommodations. There may be a small additional fuel surcharge related to this accommodation.
