Elizabeth Sanchez is both owner and sole-practitioner at Trinity-IRL. She has been helping people for over 25 years!
As a recognized Holistic Practitioner (HP), she has received certifications and credentials in Iridology (HI), Live Blood [cell] Analysis (LBA), Quantum Magnetic Resonance Assessment (QM), Reiki, and as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA).
Additionally, she's a good-standing registered member of the Reflexology Association of Canada (RCRT). Complimenting her practice is her extensive knowledge in trusted homeopathetic products from providers like Forever Living, HomeoCan, IsaGenix, and others.
Elizabeth is also qualified to teach the foundations of Reflexology. Plus, other certifications of holistic therapy knowledge obtained by Elizabeth include:

As these are alternative techniques, not all of them will be covered by your personal or employer's insurance. Check in with your insurance company or speak with your employer about whether any of these modalities are covered.
If your service includes an assessment, we'll be discussing your health status and general lifestyle analysis, based on the information you provided beforehand via the online form.
Recommendations that will improve your health will be discussed and may include suggested nutritional supplements or homeopathic remedies. These are to your discretion to try.
We can offer basic in-home services for Reflexology requests. Please visit our Reflexology page for more information.
We can also accommodate Iridology services to be done via video call as long as we are able to receive a clear, clean, and labeled photos of your eyes. More information about how to send them can be found on our Iridology page.

We take great care to ensure that you receive valuable service and information about your health, so prior to your initial session with us it is required to fill out an online intake form according to the service.
